When Will You Get Your Order?
We're glad you asked! We want you to receive and enjoy your custom design as soon as possible!
All leotards ordered are custom made to your specifications. We try our very best to ship individual orders within 10 days of purchase. This timeline can vary based on how busy the season is. November and December is an especially busy season.
If you are in a time crunch to receive your order, please let us know by e-mail, sales@melodyleotards.com, or by attaching a note to your order. You are important to us, and we want to make every effort to provide outstanding customer service.
If you ordered for a Team or Meet event, we will let let you know an expected shipment date when you place your order. Depending on the number of leotards you are designing for your Team or Meet, we can have that order to you in 2-4 weeks.
How Fast is Shipping?
The shipping services available upon checkout are :
- Basic Shipping – These are usually sent via First Class Mail, which typically takes 3-5 days within the U.S.
- Priority Mail – These are sent via Priority Mail, which typically takes 2-3 days within the U.S.
- Express Mail – These are sent via Express Mail, which typically takes 1-2 days within the U.S. We also put this order at the top of our production schedule, so it ships out the next business day.
- International Basic Shipping- These are sent via First Class International, which typically takes 10 days.
